An online therapeutic programme for children and young people aged 7–18 — built around an 8-stage journey, with parents supported every step of the way.
The Child We See™ is a structured, therapeutic online programme for children and young people who need more than a conversation — they need a safe, consistent space to understand themselves, process what they feel and move forward.
It runs through a private portal, personalised to your child's age. Progress happens stage by stage — and nothing moves forward until Nicole marks each stage complete, so the pace is always right for your child.
The programme runs in small cohorts, with a limited number of families each time — so every child is genuinely seen.
Every cog your child turns makes their machine stronger and their sky a little brighter. When all eight turn — the ball drops.
Each stage lights up a new star. As the constellation takes shape, so does your young person's understanding of themselves.
"The sky starts dark tonight. Every cog you turn brings in a little more light."
Each stage has its own session, activities and daily check-in. Nicole marks each stage complete — so the programme moves at your child's pace, not a fixed schedule.
Starting the journey — getting to know yourself and what makes you, you.
Where do feelings show up in your body? The body map helps your child find the words.
Feelings are easier to handle once you can name them. There's no right answer here.
Why do I feel this way? Connecting emotions to experiences, without judgement.
Building tools — small, practical ways to manage big feelings day to day.
Taking what's been learned and practising it — in school, at home, with friends.
Recognising how far they've come. The sky is brighter — and they helped make it that way.
All eight stages complete. A certificate in their name, with Nicole's signature. The ball drops.
The sky changes as your child progresses
The portal home screen shifts from midnight → sunrise → full daylight across the 8 stages.
Eight stage-specific sessions — each with Nicole's guidance, questions and activities tailored to your child's age.
A quick mood check-in every day. Children can write, draw or — for teens — leave a voice note. Visible to Nicole only.
An interactive body map — tap where feelings show up. A gentle, visual way in for children who don't have the words yet.
Children can write or draw in their journal. Teens also have voice notes. Everything is private to them and Nicole.
When all 8 stages are complete, a personalised certificate is generated — with the child's name, the date and Nicole's signature.
Nicole monitors each child's check-ins and is alerted if anything needs attention. You'll never feel like your child is in this alone.
Both programmes give your child full access to the 8-stage portal. The Family Programme adds a structured parent track and live group sessions.
Your child works through their 8-stage journey with Nicole monitoring their check-ins and progress. Parents can see stage progress but not session content or check-ins.
Everything in the Child Programme, plus a structured 6-week parent track and live Parent Circle sessions with Nicole — so you know how to support what's happening in the portal at home.
Fees are confirmed on application. Payment by card, with instalment options available. Open to families worldwide.
The Parent Circle is a small, closed group of parents and carers going through the programme at the same time. You meet with Nicole live, online — once a week for six weeks — to process the programme, ask questions and support each other.
Between sessions, your parent portal releases weekly videos from Nicole, with home practice activities that connect what your child is doing in the portal with what's happening at home.
