I'm a qualified therapist, speaker, and consultant who has spent over 13 years working with children and young people across both the UK and UAE — sitting with struggling students, supporting overwhelmed counsellors, and helping schools and charities build systems that actually last. With 6,000+ students supported, I bring both clinical depth and real-world experience to every school, family, and counsellor I work with.

In response to a specific need of our school with self-esteem in our young female students, I asked Nicole to come in and run a workshop.
