For You

Private Online Therapy

Sometimes you don't need another podcast, another book or another person telling you what you should be doing.

Sometimes you just need somewhere to talk.

A space where you can slow down, make sense of what's happening and work through it with someone who understands both mental health and the realities of everyday life.

I offer a limited number of private online sessions for adults, children and young people. You don't have to be based in the UAE for us to work together.

Nicole Henry
A little about my approach

Warm, honest and therapeutic.

My work has always sat at the intersection of mental health, relationships, children, young people, families and education.

You don't need to arrive with the right words. You don't need to know exactly what's wrong. And you certainly don't need to wait until you're at breaking point before asking for support.

We'll start where you are.

How I Work

Integrative therapy — built around you.

I'm an integrative therapist, which means I draw on different approaches depending on what you need, rather than fitting you into one model. These may include:

Person-centred therapy — you lead, and the relationship is at the heart of the work
CBT-informed techniques — understanding the link between thoughts, feelings and behaviour
Creative and play-based approaches — helping children and young people express what's hard to put into words
Trauma-informed practice — working at a pace that feels safe

Who I Work With

Private online sessions may be suitable if you're…

A Parent

Trying to support everyone else while quietly struggling yourself. Sometimes the support your child needs starts with giving you somewhere to put your own feelings.

A Child or Young Person

Trying to understand your emotions, friendships, school, identity or everything happening around you. For under-18s, we'll involve a parent or carer from the start.

An Adult

Going through a transition, feeling overwhelmed, struggling with relationships or simply knowing that something doesn't feel quite right.

What Sessions Look Like

A space that's yours.

Sessions take place online via secure video. You'll have 50 minutes where the focus is on you.

There isn't a script. There isn't a list of things you have to talk about.

We'll work collaboratively to understand what's happening, explore patterns and experiences that may be affecting you, and identify ways forward that feel realistic for your life.

You can book sessions individually or as a four-session support package — for when you know you'd benefit from consistent support rather than booking one at a time.

Before We Begin

Every new client starts with a free 15-minute connection call.

It's a chance to talk briefly about what you're looking for, ask questions and see whether my approach feels right for you.

It also helps me make sure online work is appropriate, and that I can support you within my professional scope and the requirements that apply where you live.

A small reminder.

You don't have to wait until things become a crisis.

You can ask for support because you're struggling. You can ask because something has changed. You can ask because you keep saying, "I'm fine," when you're actually not. You can ask simply because you want a safe space to work things through.

That's enough.

Online sessions are subject to suitability, professional scope, safeguarding requirements and the legal and regulatory requirements of the client's location. Online therapy is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone you're supporting is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services.
