Nicole was incredibly instrumental in helping KSP better understand their emotions, the origins of said emotions and how to cope with tough periods. Her level of expertise, insight and genuine passion for healthy mental wellness effortlessly translates in how she approaches her clients. I've seen such a profound sense of growth, maturity and gratitude that I frankly had never anticipated in such a short amount of time. I couldn't recommend Nicole enough to anyone with a young person who needs answers that we as parents and guardians may not be able to provide.

I just want to say a massive thank you for all the help you have given X. I have seen such a difference in him — his confidence has grown massively. He is now learning to break situations down, which is helping things so much at home and at school. He looks forward to Wednesdays to sit down with you and talk about any worries he has. I feel X has really benefited from seeing you once a week and I am so happy with the progress he is making. I can't thank you enough.

At the beginning of my 12 sessions I had with you, I struggled immensely with self confidence and self perception. During the first few sessions you helped me open up to these struggles and really identify what the reasoning behind them was. From the work you put in I was able to answer questions I never thought possible and find myself again. You were kind, welcoming and had confidence in me which drove me to find it in myself. Looking back, I can already see a huge difference in myself and the confidence I have gained.
